Hi Anusha
Read about your work in DNA and I wanted to know more of how I could get access to some on these photos. I am going to be writing a tour on some places in Mumbai and for now I’m only focusing on the Crawford Market vendors. This tour will be part of an iPhone application called Rama.
Oh almost forgot, my name is Edlyn G. D’Souza and I was working in The Asian Age for the past three years. I’m trying to do freelance projects now and just take life as it comes. If you could help me —either you have old photographs of the Market or you know where I can get them from — I would really appreciate it. Initially, I would just need the photographs to make an outline of my tour and if approved, only then can I further work on the project and hopefully, it will get published.
We can discuss this further on email if you want or in person too. I will be coming to Mumbai in the second or third week of January. My email address is eeekster@gmail.com and I have no phone now since MTNL decided to tell me the number I’ve had for the past 7 years does not exist in their systems. Email will work for now, I hope.
Thanks for your time
Edlyn
