Invoices and Taxes:
- Honorariums are voluntary but will be acknowledged with an invoice that includes applicable taxes under Indian law.
- By providing an honorarium, you acknowledge that it does not constitute the purchase of goods or services but is instead a gesture of appreciation for the archive.
Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Memory Company makes no warranties regarding its functionality, availability, or accuracy and disclaims all liability for:
- Errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
- Loss of data resulting from use of the Website.
- Damages arising from reliance on the Website’s content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Memory Company’s liability will not exceed the amount of any honorarium provided by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification

Amendments and Miscellaneous
